PLEASE NOTE: NO REFUNDS, NO PARTIAL REFUNDS. There are no refunds or partial refunds for “unused time”. Whether you use the course for ONE MONTH or a FULL THREE MONTHS, the cost is the same. NO PARTIAL REFUNDS.
The Terms and Conditions of Use stated below should be read and understood before completing your purchase of any products sold on this website. If you do not agree with any of the Terms and Conditions contained within, you should not complete your purchase.
I. Licenses and Restrictions
1. I understand and acknowledge that you are purchasing 100% Online Content. The Online CSE Prep Course and its related files are 100% Online Content and you are subjected to the Terms and Conditions contained herein related to Digital Content.
2. If I choose the monthly payment option, I understand and agree to the following terms of the monthly subscription payment option:
- The Online CSE Prep Course is a 3 Month Subscription with 3 Monthly payments of $119 each for a total of $357. If I cancel my subscription before the $357 has been paid, I will be required to make payment for the additional monies owed plus a $75 early termination fee.
- The 3 Month Coaching Program is a 3 Month Subscription with 3 Monthly payments of $229 each for a total of $687. If I cancel my subscription before the $687 has been paid, I will be required to make payment for the additional monies owed plus a $75 early termination fee.
3. CSEprep.com grants You a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access and make personal, non-commercial, use of the Online Content provided by CSEprepcourse.com including the Online CSE Prep Course.
4. The Online CSE Prep Course is for your own personal use. You may not share your password with anyone. Accounts with access from numerous IP addresses may become locked. CSEprep.com reserves the right to revoke the license to anyone suspected of sharing their username and password without warning and without refunding any fees paid.
5. You may not modify, alter, reproduce, copy, print, share with coworkers, distribute copies of, resell, sell, lend, give away or in any way transfer any or all portions of the Online CSE Prep Course.
6. You may not sell or post for sale the Online CSE Prep Course, in part or whole, or any of its contents on any internet marketplace or forum including, but not limited to, eBay, craigslist, or any architectural online forum in any of its formats.
7. The license granted to you for use of the Online CSE Prep Course is for your own personal use. You may not share any portion, in whole or in part, of the Online CSE Prep Course.
8. The license granted to you is for your own personal use and is non-transferable. You may not transfer it to anyone including, but not limited to, friends, family, and coworkers.
9. Architectural and related firms may not distribute the Online CSE Prep Course to any of its employees unless a license is purchased for each employee. Purchasing a license for the firm library is not allowed and is in direct conflict with any violation of the Terms and Conditions of Use contained herein. Licenses are granted only to individuals.
10. American Institute of Architects (AIA) Chapters may not distribute the Online CSE Prep Course to any of its members unless a license is purchased for each member. Purchasing a license for the firm library is not allowed and is in direct conflict with any violation of the Terms and Conditions of Use contained herein. Licenses are granted only to individuals.
11. All of the content contained within the Online CSE Prep Course and its related files is copyright CSEprep.com. You may not post any of its content on any public internet forum including, but not limited to, any architectural forum.
12. There are no refunds for the CSE Online CSE Prep Course. You may submit a one-time stop subscription request within one week of purchasing the CSE Online Prep Course. Requests made after one week will not be honored. Any stop requests must be restarted within one year.
13. CSEprep.com reserves the right to make changes to the CSEprepcourse.com website and materials posted policies and Terms and Conditions of Use at any time without notice or liability. These terms were last revised on August 22, 2022.
